Flavio and his team were so professional and hard workers.  It was my first time hiring a contractor and he was fairly priced and helped explain all of my options clearly to me. He made recommendations based on my space and I’m so glad he did, because it turned out great! I hired him for interior painting, electrical work, and handyman help and will definitely be calling him again! Highly recommend.

Our Go-To Contractors

Flavio and his team were our go-to contractors when we lived in Oak Park. We initially hired them to paint our new house from top to bottom and found he did so much more while he was there! Eventually he helped us with electric, plumbing and even refinished our downstairs powder room for us. Flavio is responsive, fairly priced and  was always there for us when we needed him. I would not hesitate to call him for your next home project!

Gut Rehab

Flavio was the head contractor and GC on a three flat we were gut rehabbing. He did a fantastic job. He works great on kitchen and baths. Brought my girlfriend’s bathroom dream to life. Looks amazing.

Absolutely Reliable

Absolutely reliable serious and punctual. Very communicative and able to do a large variety of jobs in your house. They have done several projects for us and they will definitely do some more. And if they are not fit for the job, doubtful, they will give you the best contact to do it, amazing network.
